I have try many time to polish this color to get a great polish.

It’s really…really unrecommended! I have polish it twice, but the final still BAD!

This blue isn’t good when you see it without light, I think it is to dark, just like black, and you should layer it with top coat.
But when you see it with flash, it look like so likey…
